　　As a Senior UX Designer, you will use customer-driven insights to bring innovative end-to-end user-influenced products to life by leveraging your collaborative leadership skills and experience in research, IA, design deliverables, and mentorship.

　　You will work with a great deal of autonomy while actively collaborating with your UX team, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the Agile process. You drive continuous improvement across our design guidelines and standardizations, proactively staying abreast of industry trends and innovation, and integrating knowledge and learnings by introducing new processes, tools, approaches, and systems to user experience leadership and operations.

　　What You’ll Do:

　　Responsible for the end-to-end UX process within our enterprise product(s) alongside your UX teammates.

　　Plan and conduct user research, interpret findings, and present your recommendations that inform design decisions and communicate your vision for the UX direction of the product(s).

　　Leverage insights from user research to make recommendations which improve the user experience and create new and innovative concepts (feature maps, low-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups) to bring those recommendations to life.

　　Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to frame problems before trying to solve them and ask questions to ensure team alignment on the who and why (empathize), what (define), how (ideate/prototype), validate (test), and deliver (implement).

　　Contribute to UX design guidelines and standardizations, including design systems.

　　Actively contribute to our design culture (e.g. thought leadership for UX and technology trends, skills, share work and feedback, participate in discussions, etc.

　　Work Location:US RemoteQualifications:

　　5+ years of professional experience creating large-scale user interfaces or multiple complex user flows within a SAAS product - experience with enterprise (ERP) software is a plus.

　　Strong portfolio of work exemplifying a deep understanding of the UX lifecycle to define user experiences, interaction, and user-interface design through user-centered research. Please indicate your specific role(s) and contributions for projects and provide a password if required for access.

　　Strong knowledge and/or experience creating and refining design systems. Ability to design user-friendly and scalable Figma components and libraries.

　　Strong knowledge of user research methods along the Agile process from primary research to usability testing, and the ability to synthesize and present key insights for stakeholders.

　　Expert knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and research tools (e.g., Usability Hub, Quantum), along with an ability to quickly learn new tools as they emerge.

　　Shown ability to work though ambiguity and multiple priorities; self-motivated, directed, and independent.

　　Excellent storytelling skills to generate empathy, craft a vision, design for impact, using written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

　　Understanding and experience working across modern methods (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile).

　　BA/BS or MA/MS in Design, HCI, Interaction or equivalent, is preferred.
