Details:A Sr. Systems Software Engineer job is available with a data systems integration company in Dayton, Ohio. The individual must resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Acts as team leader on projects. Participates in development of software applications. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.RESPONSIBILITIES:*Experience with application programming interfaces using in X12/EDI, WTX, ITX, Mercator, and Data Stage integration tool.*Experience in using Python and Django framework for programming and application development.*Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.*Knowledge of developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.*Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.REQUIREMENTS:*Bachelor of Science in a related field, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Programming, etc.*5-10 years" experience with strong technical knowledge of Websphere Transformation Extender (WTX or ITX), Mercator, Data Stage, Web Methods, or other ETL tools*Experience with Unix or Linux systems*Ability to deliver solutions that meet the identified acceptance criteria.*Excellent written and oral communication skills.*Security + Certification will be required, but as long as the candidate is willing and capable that"s not a requirement up front.
