　　Additional Requirements for Craftworkers:

　　Must have own transportation to and from jobsite every work day (driver's license not required)

　　Must provide own hand tools (excluding power tools)

　　May be expected to travel where the project requires (multi-state opportunities)

　　Primary function: Assist all Journeymen

　　Duties include but are not limited to:

　　Responsible for hand tools and/or power tools for whatever craft they are assisting at this time.

　　Maintains a clean and hazard free work site.

　　May run errands for supplies and/or tools.

　　Other tasks as required by the Foreman.

　　Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

　　Worker must strive to continuously build knowledge and skills by listening and getting clarification.

　　Welcome feedback from craftspersons.

　　Must follow policies and procedures.

　　Support Crowder Construction Company’s goals and values by consistently being on time, and following instructions and responding to craftsperson’s directions.

　　Must be committed to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.

　　Observe all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions to management.

　　Must be able to work easily and skillfully with hands.

　　Must be able to lift, pull, push objects weighting up to 50 pounds.

　　Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding or high structures.
