  Sr Specialist - Field HR Generalist

  This position is responsible for executing the talent strategy, providing a consistent experience to managers and employees and supporting and executing the engagement strategy for the market. The Senior Specialist-HR provides HR partnership to managers focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee retention and business processes by executing the business unit HR strategy. The HR Business Partner possesses a solid understanding of all HR functions and works with managers and/or HR partners in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

  What you will do:

  Analyze and implement Corporate Policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the Business unit or division level. (Will include 50-60% travel)Consult with Employees and managers to address root causes of Human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives.Assist people managers in field in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives.Play a role in administering talent management and succession planning activity within client organization.This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.Lead and manage the following:Employee Issue resolution - Request management and Issue resolutionAct as the Employee Champion - Be the voice of employeePartner to the SM - Manage Field interactions, decisions, field engagement (manage events like Skip level)Employee Administration - Manage employee transfer, recognitions in field, field goal-setting completionHR Process management - Exit process, Field onboarding/inductionManage field contract employees - scrubs, CSR, Tech service techniciansCulture and Organization - Cultural Awareness interventions, organizations, organization changes-structures-roles, manage communications.

  What you will need:

  MBA HR from a reputed University/College with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.You have the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience in HR Generalist or a similar field of work.Hands-on experience of working on Employee Issue resolution, Field Engagement, HR process Management, HR Interventions.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.You have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to work.You are an excellent networker and relationship builder. You adapt easily to work with a variety of people in various roles and levels of management in a fast-paced organization.
