Position Overview: This positionplans, develops, tests, implements and supports all activities relatedto the development of software programs and applications into theorganization\'s business systems. Ensures technology projects meetbusiness requirements and goals, fulfills end-user requirements, andidentifies and resolves systems issues. Essential Functions: *Develops, implements, and supports software programs and applicationsinto the organization\'s business systems. * Performs code reviews. *Executes on technical specifications for new and/or enhanced processes.* Ensures projects meet business requirements and goals and fulfillsend-user requirements. * Proactively monitors applications and seeks toimprove application availability, quality, and performance. * Createsand maintains all required technical documentation per BusinessTechnology methodology and processes. * Performs daily management andoperations of core Compeer business applications including enhancements,bug fixes, interfaces and other business requests. * Resolves technicalissues including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds,and defect correction. * Designs process flows and technicalspecifications for customized code, where appropriate, and for testingthe interoperability of application modules under development. *Creates standards and processes to develop and facilitate projects andinitiatives. * Develops written test plans and provides analysis ofsoftware system test results. * Tests software programs andapplications. Addresses issues in program logic. * Tests theinteroperability of new applications with existing systems software.Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: *Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems or businessor related field; or an equivalent combination of education andexperience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. *3-6 years of related work experience including development ofcompany-wide applications and linking cross-functional applicationsacross business units and systems. Prefer experience with Compeerrelevant tools and technologies. * Knowledge of Microsoft .Net,JavaScript, C#, and MS SQL. * Development experience with Apex,Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is required. * Knowledge ofbusiness application and development best practices. * Effectivecommunication skills to clearly and concisely convey technicalinformation to clients and to share ideas, solutions and feedback withteam. * Effective interpersonal, analytical, organizational andplanning skills. * Ability to apply a methodical and logical approachto problem solving. * Ability to coordinate tasks to meet establisheddeadlines. * Ability to foster collaborative working relationships withBusiness Technology business clients, operations, security, and vendors.* Demonstrates initiative to remain technically competent. * Quicklearner who thrives in a collaborative team environment. * Worksindependently to complete routine to moderately complex issues.
