　　Robert Half has a large, international, property management, owner, and development company, is seeking a Property Accountant for our client! The Property Accountant should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property-specific systems, as well as experience in accounting and property management. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Assemble monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements/reporting packages

　　Arrange monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses for management reporting

　　Support the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls

　　Analyze and coordinating a variety of financial data and reporting it in a clear, useful manner

　　Maintain payment schedules, including capital lease

　　Support reconciliation, depreciation and fixed-asset ledger

　　Create complex account reconciliations and journal entries

　　Requirements - Multi-Entity or Multi-Location Accounting preferred

　　General proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel preferred

　　Sound understanding of industry specific accounting software

　　Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required

　　Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

　　Previous experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred
