  Job Description Your Career

  The Sr. Program Specialist, Onboarding is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of onboarding and leadership onboarding programs within the Global Talent development team. The Sr. Program Specialist works closely with the talent development partners and other key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop learning objectives, and create effective training programs. The Sr. Program Specialist, Onboarding will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

  Develop and refine the onboarding programs strategy to align with the organization's talent development goalsCreate a structured onboarding curriculum that includes orientation, training, and skill development modulesDesign and develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support the onboarding processDeliver excellent onboarding facilitation through the delivery of onboarding sessions and workshops, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for new hiresEnsure that all operational tasks are carried out smoothly and efficiently - This includes overseeing administrative tasks, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors and suppliersCollaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop learning objectivesTrack key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions - measuring employee satisfaction Evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding programs and make recommendations for improvementSupport the system operations team in managing the learning management system and other learning technologiesAssist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resourcesStay current on trends and best practices in learning and development Qualifications Your Experience

  4 years of experience in learning and development, including delivering training sessions, both in-person and virtually2 years of experience in program managementStrong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologiesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Google Suite and learning management systemsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or considerable professional experience Additional Information The Team

  The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $91,400/yr to $147,850/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
