  Your Impact

  Design, develop, and maintain technical training content and curricula to meet the learning needs of both internal and external users of Palo Alto Networks products

  Translate complex technical concepts into accessible and engaging learning solutions

  Collaborate with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product launches and training objectives

  Perform ongoing testing, troubleshooting, and updates to ensure high-quality training content, including demonstrations, hands-on labs, and assessments

  Adapt swiftly to the fast-paced nature of technological innovation, revising content in a structured and timely manner

  Manage deadlines effectively, reprioritizing as needed to ensure the timely completion of course-related deliverables

  Stay informed with the developments in cybersecurity and adjacent technologies

  Your Experience

  Proven Expertise: Demonstrate a track record of successfully developing technical content, curricula, or courseware. Ideally, at least 5 years of experience.

  Technical Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge in areas such as networking, network security, NGFW, CASB, SASE, SD-WAN, or Autonomous Digital Experience Management. Your expertise will inform the creation of effective training materials.

  Collaborative Skills: Showcase your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders. Your teamwork and communication skills are essential for aligning training content with organizational objectives.

  Passion for Learning: Exhibit a genuine passion for staying updated on advancements in cybersecurity and related technologies. Your enthusiasm for learning will inspire others.

  Creativity: Showcase your creativity in transforming complex technical concepts into engaging and accessible learning solutions.

  Tool Proficiency: Display strong proficiency in content development tools, including but not limited to Articulate, Evolve, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Suite.

  Educational Background: Hold a BA/BS/MA/MS degree in Instructional Design, a related field, or possess equivalent experience, such as military training, that aligns with the role.

  The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $109,600/yr to $177,200/yr.
