| Posting Summary | Rutgers University- Newark (RU-N), an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, is seeking a Sr Program Coordinator SPVR for the Creating Connections digital equity program, a multi-faceted program designed to support the 1) expansion of equitable access to broadband, 2) increase workforce development opportunities for the innovation economy and 3) provide digital readiness and training skills at Rutgers-Newark and the City of Newark. Creating Connections is 100% funded by the Connecting Minority Communities (CMC) Program which is administered by the (NTIA) a unit within the US Department of Commerce. The Sr Program Coordinator SPVR reports directly to the Senior Vice Chancellor and CFO (SVC) and indirectly to Senior Program Director, Joseph C. Cornwall Center for Metropolitan Studies.This position's responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
