IT Support Analyst - ITSUP016901
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:We are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join a collaborative project team working hybrid from our Exton, PA location. As a member of the Product Support team, the IT Support Analyst will contribute to the stability, reliability, and security of controlled IT infrastructure through establishing and adhering to operational standards and best practices.
Responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day support for cloud and collocated infrastructure * Support multiple project teams in a SaaS and Managed Service environments * Maintain all networked enterprise systems in a patched, secure, and stable state * Develop and implement operational standards, processes, and documentation * Work closely with the operations team to support customer-facing products * Participate in an on-call rotation for product software deployments and escalations during critical * service outages * Work with project delivery and design teams to develop and implement new technical solutions REQUIRED SKILLS: * Associate Degree * 1-3 years of Windows and Linux systems administration and network technology * Experience working in an organization that follows operational best practices including capacity * planning, change control, certificate management, server patch management * PowerShell or shell scripting * Experience with configuration management tools * Very good verbal and written communication skills * Effective time management, planning and organizational skills
Preferred: * Knowledge of Jenkins, Octopus, GitHub * Experience with Catchpoint CloudWatch, New Relic, PagerDuty, Splunk, Log management * Experience or certifications in AWS cloud administration * Knowledge of DevOps concept
