onsemi located in East Fishkill, NY is seeking Facilities Analyst- to work the day shift, 5X8

　　Summary of Role:

　　ONSEMI is looking for an Analyst to work in the facilities organization. The primary responsibility will be as a administration lead for the Site Operations organization. Tasks will include but are not limited to managing the SAP PM work order and PM system, coordinating facilities work requests, working with procurement to establish POs with contractors and suppliers, overall contract administration, and handling purchase requisitions and invoices. This analyst will be responsible for a variety of facilities administration tasks across the organization, and ensuring customer satisfaction is met.

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　· Position is for Day Shift 5x2 schedule, with periodic weekend coverage, overtime may be required at times and emergency call-ins are a possibility.

　　· Be proficient in the use of SAP PM and Oracle purchasing systems

　　· The ability to interact with a variety of contractors

　　· The ability to respond to various site customer requests for services

　　· Utilize computers to document and communicate status to site operations team

　　· Familiarity with and utilization of tools to ensure continuous improvement, utilization, and costs.

　　· Interact with customers such as Engineering, Maintenance, and Manufacturing.

　　· Good communication and interpersonal skills are required. Strong team member, able to work well with a global team, new team members as needed based on assignment, while able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an effective manner.

　　· Able to operate computer and system interface programs to ensure appropriate computing and analysis of statistical data:

　　· Effectively demonstrate solid work performance in an environment requiring high level of attention to detail and timeliness.

　　· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
