About Sr Product Manager - Recipe Authoring Solutions

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to join our TrackWise Manufacturing offering team. In this individual contributor role, you will drive product strategy for our innovative recipe authoring solutions for the life sciences manufacturing industry. Reporting to the Offering Management Director, you will focus on reducing technology transfer complexity by streamlining recipe authoring processes across the manufacturing lifecycle. Your deep manufacturing recipe experience will be instrumental in guiding how we transform the way manufacturing teams create, convert, and optimize production recipes, ultimately enabling faster time-to-market and improved operational efficiency for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive market research to identify key segments and opportunities within life sciences manufacturing for advanced recipe authoring solutions

•Build compelling business cases and ROI models for new recipe authoring offerings

•Develop and execute Voice of Customer (VOC) plans to gather deep insights on recipe authoring pain points in tech transfer processes

•Analyze VOC data to prioritize feature requirements and market opportunities

•Create product epics, user stories, and roadmaps in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams

•Develop go-to-market strategies that clearly articulate value proposition and competitive differentiation

•Partner with customer marketing to create targeted content, case studies, and messaging

•Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations for recipe authoring use cases

•Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process

•Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to ensure offering positioning remains relevant

•Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption

Focus Areas

•Advanced recipe authoring workflows for streamlining tech transfer processes

•Automated conversion of recipes from competitive systems and paper-based documentation

•Innovative solutions for knowledge capture and transfer during tech transfer activities

•Optimized user experiences for MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) personnel

•Digital transformation of recipe management across the manufacturing lifecycle

YOU MUST HAVE

•Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field

•7+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product-related roles

•Required: Hands-on experience authoring manufacturing recipes in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and/or DCS (Distributed Control Systems) environments

•Strong understanding of life sciences manufacturing processes, particularly in recipe management and tech transfer challenges

•Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation

•Experience working with Agile development methodologies

•Proven track record in gathering and analyzing customer requirements to build successful solutions

•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value

•Strong analytical skills for business case development and ROI modeling

WE VALUE

•Advanced experience with multiple manufacturing execution systems (MES) and electronic batch record systems

•Experience with DCS (Distributed Control Systems) in manufacturing environments

•Background in MSAT or process development within life sciences manufacturing

•Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA) impacting manufacturing recipe management

•Experience with product management or offering management methodologies

•Experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing operations

•History of successfully bringing new solutions to market

Travel Requirements

This position requires moderate travel for customer visits, industry events, and internal collaboration meetings.

Compensation Benefits:

Incentive Eligible

Salary Range: $181,000-225,000
