  What you’ll do as our newly appointed Hostess:

  Greet guests with a warm welcome upon arrival and be the face of the restaurant

  Guide guests through the dining rooms, ensure they are seated comfortably and managed in orderly manner

  Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism

  Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests

  Answer the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner and to be able to manage and log all reservations and bookings.

  Understand layout, floor plan and different seating styles based on group size and demographic

  Work together with the management and other members of staff in order to ensure top quality service delivery to guests

  Oversee the correctness of bill postings and received payments

  Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
