  The Role / Responsibilities:

  The Senior Manager of risk support, analytics and reporting is part of a team that manages the business support for Moody's GRC tools, owns oversight and analysis of risk data, and coordinates with business owners on report building and Senior management risk reporting. This team will also oversee the maintenance and continued evolution of the GRC environment at Moody's ensuring all risk data is appropriately maintained, integrated, and risk processes are supported.

  Functional Responsibilities:

  Primary business owners of GRC tools and maintenance of the GRC environment Respond to risk function requests; support risk leaders across the organization to ensure GRC platforms meet their needs and prioritize/implement improvementsTranslate business requirements into platform solutions Develop/maintain/support risk analytics and reporting to transform data and information into insights to support Management, Board, and Regulatory reporting for Risk purposes (including occasional ad hoc needs)Support data quality program that drives consistency, integrity and data governance. Developing the linkage of data from point of capture through associated platforms.

  Qualifications:

  Undergraduate degreeGraduate degree and/or relevant professional risk management qualification a plus5+ Years in Risk Management with a financial institution OR experience among the following disciplines, Reporting & Analytics, Internal Audit, Internal control Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Congnos, etc.Data science background or equivalent experience a plusKnowledge and use of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) reporting tools Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with a diverse, global and cross-functional teams and large-scale projects. Ability to support cross-functionally and enterprise-wide; Assertive 2nd line Risk responsibility to challenge and support in a highly consultative and effective manner Thinks critically and is able to identify problems and develop innovative solutionsPrior experience working with senior leaders in a functional or strategic capacityAble to work both self-directed and as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skills

  The Department / Team

  The Moody's ERM team is part the Audit, Risk and Controls Department within Moody's Shared Services dedicated to establishing and maintaining a firm-wide risk management culture and framework embedded within the business for the timely identification, management and reporting of key financial, operational, reputational, and strategic risks. ERM is designed to establish a common, organization-wide understanding of risk management and define roles and responsibilities based on the 2017 COSO framework, Enterprise Risk Management-Integrating with Strategy and Performance.

  For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $107,000 to $156,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
