　　Team Introduction:

　　The mission of Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner. The EMEA Finance Reimbursement Process Manager will be key in the continued development and transformation of the Global FSSC function. He/she will be responsible for setting up employment reimbursement, account payable and/or fixed asset management policy and process which balances the efficiency and risk. We are looking for candidates who are energetic, highly self driven and embracing challenges and changes. The successful candidate will need to think critically and creatively plan and execute effectively while collaborating across global locations. This is a full time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

　　Job responsibilities:

　　- Identify needs to set up or enhance reimbursement policy and/or implementational handbook, which meets business needs, and balance efficiency and risk

　　- Design/improve the employee reimbursement process based on thorough data analysis

　　- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to get the policy/implementational handbook finalized, approved and published

　　- Own the creation and maintenance of SOP and policy documents

　　- Compile business requirements in collaboration with operations teams, communicate to the FSSC and engineering teams in the headquarters

　　Qualifications

　　- 5+ years of working experience in process management across APAC or strong understanding of risk control of reimbursement / accounts payable with data analysis skillset

　　- Practical knowledge of IFRS and regional tax, ACCA or CPA is preferred

　　- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, detailed-oriented and self-motivated

　　- Excellent communication skills, ability to get into detail and articulate findings to executive level

　　- Proficient in Excel and other office applications

　　- Proficient in data analytics tools is preferred
