  The Moody's Internal Audit Department within Moody's Shared Services provides independent and assurance and advisory services, crafted to contribute and improve the Company's operations, by bringing a detailed and approach to evaluate and improve the efficiency of the control, risk management, and governance processes.

  Role/Responsibilities:

  We are seeking an efficient and Administrative Assistant to join our diverse team of approximately 25 individuals globally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong set of administrative skills including proficiency in calendar management, travel arrangements, and other general administrative tasks. PowerPoint creation and proofreading skills are also a plus. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our organization and requires a diligent professional who thrives in an environment with timelines, results for senior leaders, and effective partnerships across the organization.

  Functional Responsibilities:

  Calendar Management: The candidate will run multiple calendars, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. This requires excellent collaboration and social skills and the ability to understand and prioritize conflicting demands.General Administrative Tasks: The candidate will perform a wide range of administrative tasks, such as assisting with expense reports, helping with access requests, onboarding new team members, and assisting with coordinating department wide events and managing the team's professional memberships and training. The ability to multitask and stay organized is essential.Proofreading: Accuracy is key in this role. The candidate will be responsible for proofreading a variety of documents, including but not limited to reports, policies, and presentations. This task involves checking spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting to ensure all materials are professional and accurate.PowerPoint Presentation Creation: The candidate will assist the team in crafting PowerPoint visualizations within various presentations for various internal meetings, including Board Meetings. This includes designing visually appealing slides, incorporating relevant data and information, and ensuring that the presentations align with our brand guidelines.

  Qualifications:

  A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong social skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks optimally.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work remotely and independently with minimal direction.
