  The pay range is $87,900.00 - $158,200.00

  Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.   Working within Guest Marketing Strategy, you will lead the development of guest-centric, culturally relevant marketing strategies and plans that drive demand for the business, improve equity perceptions with our guest and build the Target brand. You will work cross functionally with external partnerships, marketing, merchandising and enterprise partners to bring strategic objectives to life across a marketing mix and experience touchpoints. Your commitment to partnership and collaboration will rally external and internal partners across functions to ensure alignment and progress towards common outcomes. As a Sr. Manager, Guest Marketing Strategy, you will lead a team of Marketers, manage external partnerships, leverage your strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to deliver guest marketing strategy, investment, and marketing driven business outcomes. This role requires strong organizational, strategic, and creative thinking skills, partnership management and enterprise leadership. Your ability to bring external and internal teams together to define future ways of working will enable smart innovation and learning for the full team.

Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.Accountable for driving marketing performance for external long term designer partner/brands and contribute to enterprise outcomesLeads external long term designer partner/brand partnership management, planning and connections, inclusive of holistic marketing plans across Marketing, Digital, PR & other enterprise partnersUnderstand external long term designer partner/brand, business/category, guest, trend & cultural landscape, competitive environment and financial goals and translate to build effective marketing strategies, using data, insights, and key learnings to inform decision-making and continuous improvementCultivates and nurtures strong partnerships and effectively collaborates to drive outcomes with external long term designer partner/brand and enterprise teams across Marketing & Digital, Merchandising, and cross-functional partnersAnticipates risks and opportunities to meeting outcomes, and ensures external designer long term partner/brand and cross-functional leader alignment on deliverablesRepresents Marketing & Digital with key external and internal business partnersResponsibilities may also include key initiatives such as contract negotiations, long range partnership planning and corporate social responsibility activationsAbout you: Four-year degree or equivalent experience8+ years of related work experience, designer partnership and/or retail/brand experience a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate organizational complexity, influence others & collaborate across external and internal partners, functions and leadership levelsStrong strategic and creative thought-leadership with ability to distill information & develop a compelling narrative tailored to your audienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate organizational complexity, influence others & collaborate across external and internal partners, functions and leadership levelsDeep industry knowledge and acumenSelf-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage partnership & projectAbility to lead & inspire agency/creative partnersDemonstrated curiosity & a passion for leading through ambiguity to solve complex challenges and dynamic situationsAmericans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
