As a Sr. Manager of UX Design and Research, you will be responsible for growing and leading a UX Design and Research team to solve challenges, and shape the design language that defines applications, tools and solutions used by AWS Support, AWS Managed Services teams and builders around the world. The role requires a leader and innovator, who will champion user-centered solutions for exciting and ambitious ideas. You will work side-by-side with Product Management and Technical leadership to bring experiences to life, continue to discover, ideate, prioritize and problem solve product delivery from exploration to launch.
