　　Breve descripción del puesto:

　　Administración y gestión de nóminas, Conocimientos en reclutamiento y selección, Conocimiento y manejo de beneficios a empleados. Funciones administrativas de apoyo general en la oficina.Requisitos:

　　BA en Administración de Empresas – Recursos Humanos o área relacionada

　　1 a 2 años de experiencia

　　Bilingüe (español e inglés)

　　Asistir en proceso de reclutamiento desde entrevistas, orientaciones de nuevo ingreso, preparar expedientes, documentar I-9 y documentación requerida.

　　Preparación de nóminas y reportes relacionados a estos.

　　Recomendar acciones correctivas

　　Conocimiento de OSHA, FSE

　　Mantener archivos

　　Horario – lunes a viernes de 9am-6pm
