  Job Description

  This position would require frequent travel to the Ent Headquarters inColorado Springs.

  Ent Credit Union is seeking an experienced product marketing professional tobuild and lead strategic marketing initiatives for our credit card portfolio.This role will include onboarding our existing portfolio from agency-managedto in-house and will be a key contributor in defining, launching andoverseeing the ongoing program evolution. This is a highly analytical rolewhich requires a dedication to performance improvement across the full productlifecycle. Is it you?   Essential FunctionsLead strategic marketing initiatives for Ent's credit card portfolio frominception through onboarding, activation and engagement to usage andreactivation.Work with internal and agency partners to understand member needs andpreferences; maintain pulse on evolving market dynamics, consumer trendsand competitive dynamics to ensure the Ent program achieves and maintainstop-of-wallet consideration.Oversee marketing program performance across all phases of the credit carelifecycle; focused on continuous and relentless optimization to driveportfolio performance, own the go-to-market plans and lead cross-functionalteams from conception through creative development and execution.Partner with product & business lines to ensure successful program launch aswell as ongoing member-focused enhancements.Collaborate with the marketing leadership team in developing a world-classmarketing team while evolving to support Ent's long term growth vision.Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies andprocedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

  Qualifications

  Minimum Formal Qualifications for this PositionBachelor's Degree Marketing, Business Administration or related field7+ years' general marketing, business or related experience4+ years' demonstrated success in leading consumer direct program strategyincluding acquisition, engagement and retention2+ years' experience in marketing financial service products includingexperience marketing credit cards2+ years' in a team leadership role including experience managingdirect-line reports

  Each year of relevant work experience may be exchang d for a year in arelevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of abachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience couldbe substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accountingwork experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of workexperien
