Description

　　Robert Half has partnered with a real estate firm in Wheat Ridge in search of a Sr. Property Accountant! The Sr. Property Accountant position is offering a hybrid work schedule, amazing benefits, unlimited PTO and is paying $80,000-$100,000 + bonus!

　　The Sr. Property Accountant will be responsible for the following:

　　Producing the financial statements for multiple properties

　　Improving and implementing accounting processes

　　Reviewing the work of a Staff Accountant

　　Reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable

　　Performing the month-end close duties

　　Working with the external auditors

　　Preparing CAM reconciliations

　　Ad hoc reporting as needed

　　Requirements for the Sr. Accountant include:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

　　5+ years of accounting experience

　　Process improvement/process implementation experience

　　Preferred qualifications for the Sr. Property Accountant include:

　　Public accounting

　　Real estate accounting

　　Property accounting

　　NetSuite experience
