  Job Description Summary

  Participate in a paid internship program built around your career goalsand hands-on projects that impact the organization. As part of the LambWeston University Recruiting Internship Program, Interns work towardscompleting a Capstone project and are assigned a mentor who will guideand evaluate performance.

  Whether you are interested in Agricultural Science, Data Science,Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Manufacturing, Food Science, Marketing, orEngineering, our highly selective summer intern program has projectsthat will help you build the next stage in your career.

  - Paid internship, May - August (actual dates may vary)

  - Gain real-world working experience through dynamic projects assignedby your mentor and assigned department

  - Network and learn from executives, department leaders, highperformers, and fellow interns across the business

  - Receive guidance and feedback from your assigned mentor throughoutthe program

  - Professional development events providing tools that will help afterthe internship and after graduation

  Job Description

  The Organizational Change Management (OCM) intern does not havesupervisory responsibility; however, this person will have to partnerwith many others in the organization to succeed. The OCM intern willassist the Organizational Change Management team in leading enterprisechange associated with transformation of business processes, technology,job roles and/or organizational structures. This includes developmentand execution of change management strategies and plans that supportorganizational readiness and maximize stakeholder adoption and usage.

  The OCM intern will work with organizational leaders, communications andprogram/project teams to ensure adoption, utilization and proficiency ofthe changes that impact team members in the organization. The OCM internmay also provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers andsupervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.

  Duties & responsibilities may include:

  Assist in coordination of business readiness activities virtually,in person or in any hybrid format to ensure effective transfer ofknowledgeSupport the OCM team in preparing and executing a variety ofstakeholder engagement tactics or formats, such as simulations, teamexercises, group discussions, videos, or webinarsDesign and/or develop collateral, such as training materials,videos, eLearning, quick reference guides, etc. using software suchas MS PowerPoint, Articulate, Canva, Prezi, Webex, SharePoint, andothers.Seek continuous improvement ideas that will help the team\'sproductivity and success hrough engagement and leadershipdevelopment activitiesCopywriting and design for multiple communication channels,including flyers, PowerPoint presentations, digital signage, emails,etcDraft presentations for a variety of meetings, events and audiencesSupport on SharePoint development and design projectsBegin to learn a structured methodology and assist in changemanagement activitiesSupport the execution of communications initiativesLearn how to assess the change impactSupport the Change Management team with additional activities asneededSkills
