Sr. Field Service Supervisor

　　Sr. Field Service Supervisor for Intelligrated Services, LLC in Mason, OH

　　Responsibilities:

　　•Supervise a Field Service Engineering team. Ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth.

　　•Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities.

　　•Drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets, and budgets.

　　•Lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities.

　　•The Sr. Field Service Supervisor will prioritize team workload and drive exceptional team outcomes.

　　•Define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder.

　　•Act as mentor to train and develop future managers.

　　•Provide guidance and oversight to a team of Service Technicians.

　　•Provide hands on training to assist new member’s development.

　　•Expected to be a technical expert in electrical and machine controls disciplines.

　　•40 hours/week

　　YOU MUST HAVE:

　　Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field, and 4 years of engineering experience. Full term of experience must include: effective troubleshooting and programming skills. Must have two years of experience in the following: developing engineering specifications and BOM; and programming in Allen Bradley Studio. Approximately 80% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted when not at a client site.
