  About the Role:

  The Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations will report to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and is directly responsible for ensuring the effective measurement and execution of a wide variety of marketing campaigns across the lead lifecycle. You will be accountable for helping a fast-growing organization scale up operations, while getting the most out of a MarTech stack that integrates with Salesforce.

  The ideal candidate must have excellent project management skills with the ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements and manage stakeholder expectations. You are organized, strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships to drive change and influence without authority.

  What You’ll Do:

  Be a trusted, strategic thought-partner to both the Marketing and RevOps leadership team

  Create and optimize campaign and lead lifecycle operations across marketing, sales and customer success, including processes, workflows, and automations that drive team effectiveness

  Ensure Marketing Ops team priorities are aligned and Marketing business objectives are met across business systems, enablement, and business intelligence projects

  End-to-end project ownership of both planning and execution responsibilities for cross-functional marketing initiatives

  Guide and support the management, implementation, and troubleshooting of tech stack integrations such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Asana, etc.

  Define, manage and build reports and dashboards that effectively measure marketing performance, partnering closely with business intelligence to provide key opportunity analysis

  Lead processes and system changes to ensure compliance with email, privacy, and more

  Experience We’re Looking For:

  5+ years in startup or growth-stage tech company marketing operations or equivalent experience

  Experience managing a full suite of marketing automation software. Our stack includes: Salesforce, GetSiteControl, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Contentful, and Marketo

  Exceptional knowledge of SMB SaaS marketing best practices, including metrics/key performance indicators, segmentation

  Excellent analytical skills and problem solving capabilities

  Experience working cross-functionally and managing senior level stakeholders, both technical and non-technical

  Effective communicator, facilitator and collaborator

  Goal-oriented and able to manage complex projects across teams

  Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, pivot quickly to new demands and priorities while driving a high sense of urgency

  Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing processes, procedures and tools

  Entrepreneurial mindset that is constantly seeking creative solutions and proactively identifying new areas for improvements

  Adaptable in rapidly changing environments with a high degree of comfort navigating ambiguity

  Can handle and protect sensitive data with care

  Bonus points if:

  You have first-hand experience working with small business restaurants

  You are experienced with Asana and Google Suite

  Salary Range

  $96,200.00 - $164,900.00

  These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
