You will design and deliver high-quality, engaging Legal Learning solutions that reach every T-Mobile employee, enable us to measure training and compliance effectiveness, and positively reinforce T-Mobile's enterprise value of "Do It The Right Way. With your small but mighty team of Instructional Designers, you will engage daily with outside creative agencies and a wide variety of internal stakeholders as part of the instructional development lifecycle. This role requires an innovative and creative approach to adult corporate learning, along with exempalry communication, influence, and collaboration skills.What you'll do in your role.Rigorously apply the ADDIE instructional design methodology (or similar) to deliver high quality, engaging Legal and Compliance learning solutions.Investigate Legal and Compliance requirements to fully understand - and effectively convey - required learning outcomes.Work in a collaborative partnership with Legal and Compliance subject matter authorities, other learning experts in other lines of T-Mobile's business, and external instructional design consultants.Manage a meticulous and detailed project management structure to track multiple concurrent training deliverables and provide progress reporting to management, executives and business partners. Manage assigned budget and resources for the program.Lead and mentor team members to elevate their instructional skills and coach them as they work to achieve individual career goals.
