　　TRAINING:  On the job training is provided for the Pulse

　　SUMMARY:   LimitlessPulse™ Focused Wave Therapy is a clinically proven, cutting-edge shockwave procedure that’s safe, even for men with pre-existing conditions.

　　This new treatment focuses on one of the root causes of ED, reduced blood flow to the penis. LimitlessPulse™ Focused Wave Therapy produces high-energy acoustic pressure focuses waves that are delivered in the electromagnetic spectrum throughout the entire focal zone. Through the cell activation process, we can promote the creation of new blood vessels as well as rejuvenate erectile tissue. Our non-invasive technique stimulates the blood flow to the applied area and activates new nerve tissue growth in the penis; accomplishing more effective results than traditional Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT).

　　This “focused shockwave” deeply penetrates penile tissue (up to 3x deeper than previous ESWT models) to help restore and rebuild blood vessels in the penis. This increased blood flow helps create stronger and longer-lasting erections which help improve sex life, relationships, and confidence.

　　All training provided by Limitless Male, previous Pulse Wave Therapy experience is not required to apply.  Applicants may receive training and certification as a medication aide through Limitless Male.

　　As a Limitless Male Pulse Wave Technician, you will be trained on all our treatment protocols and equipment.

　　As a clinical staff member you will be responsible for providing a great patient experience at every visit. This key role involves guiding patients through the entire visit and helping firsthand in meeting the needs of their visit. You will be key in building relationships and trust between clinic patients and the providers

　　DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Pulse Technician

　　Build relationships with all patients to make them feel welcome and comfortable talking about sensitive topics. Make sure that they feel informed, understood, and important.

　　Perform Pulse wave therapy on patients within the scope and protocols set by medical direction.

　　Document procedures.  Including treatment locations, energy used, and number of waves delivered.

　　Review HPI with patient before each procedure and document their progression throughout their treatment.

　　Work closely with the providers to develop and refine the treatment plan.

　　Understand the components and function of the pulse machine, the required maintenance and be able to communicate with reps regarding any issues.

　　Clinical Staff 

　　Complete full patient assessment. This would include history and physical, current medical condition, and vital signs. RN must also be able to discern the physiological, emotional, sociological, and sexual health conditions of the patient.

　　Triage patients and relate all viable and pertinent information to the physicians and medical personnel on staff.

　　Complete all charting on the patient in an accurate and succinct manner as ordered by the resident Physician, PA, NP, or APRN.

　　Able to relate and empathize with the patients and feel comfortable and confident talking in detail about sexual history and performance.

　　Create genuine trust and rapport with all patients.

　　Fluent in venous puncture blood draws.

　　Correctly handle, process, and chart all relevant information per physician order and must be able to handle any complications that arise.

　　Administer and chart medication as ordered by the Physician, PA, NP, or APRN.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Exceptional people skills and communication skills

　　Current NE and/or IA license and in good standing

　　Detail oriented

　　Works well in a fast paced always changing environment

　　Self-motivated team player with the desire to be a lead contributor in a growing medical practice.

　　Ability to multi-task and work safely and efficiently under pressure.

　　Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors that are genuine, caring, and friendly.

　　Experience in Phlebotomy and administration of injections preferred.

　　EMR experience preferred.

　　Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology
