　　Meet the team:

　　The Mesa facilities Engineering Maintenance team consists of 14Engineers. Working 24/7 to cover all medical device manufacturingoperations and the L&D distribution group. Dexcom was founded in 1999,Dexcom, Inc. provides continuous glucose monitoring technology to helppatients and their clinicians better manage diabetes. Since ourinception, we have focused on better outcomes for patients, caregivers,and clinicians by delivering solutions for people with diabetes - whileempowering our community to take control of diabetes.

　　The new Sr Manager Incumbent is responsible for programs and personnelsupporting Facilities engineering operations, HVAC, Central Plant, andall utility maintenance. Along with maintaining safety at the Dexcomcommercial manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona.

　　Where you come in:

　　Maintaining the facilities equipment and environments supportingCommercial and Clinical manufacturing, and all services anddepartments supporting these operations

　　Responsible for managing staff and 24/7 operations in a safe,reliable and cost-effective manner.

　　Managing the maintenance program within applicable regulatory andcorporate compliance.

　　Environmental Health and Safety.

　　Space planning and allocation.

　　Asset Management.

　　Vendor Management.

　　Specify and recommend building equipment modifications to improvesafety, reliability and operability of the site facilities.

　　Manage operating status & planned/unplanned outages for all systems,facilities and utilities to provide maximum \"up time\" for thesite.

　　Manage, generate and implement corrective action plans for facilitysystem repairs, replacements and modifications.

　　Maintain a state of compliance, updating maintenance and operationsSOPs for improved schedule alignment and equipment uptime.

　　What makes you successful:

　　Ability to oversee the utilities operation, design construction,layout, equipment installation, building and grounds maintenance.Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) systems andpresenting to FDA (Food and Drug Administration) or other regulatoryagencies during audits.Able to provide support, direction, and coaching to subordinateemployees in training, disciplinary action, problem resolution, andwork delegation.A minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial manufacturingfacilities under GMP regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical,medical device or biotechnology industry.Must have experience in managing maintenance planning, scheduling,work execution, equipment records, and repair histories.Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) typeWork Order System to achieve a more efficient and affect documentedsystem.Ability to provide support, direc ion, and coaching to subordinateemployees in training, disciplinary action, problem resolution, andwork delegation.Must be proficient in the Microsoft office suite and have experienceoperating in software systems for facilities management under CFR21-part 11 compliance.What you\'ll get
