EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:1 year of security experience or equivalent.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Highschool diploma.TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Proof of training inFroedtert-approved DAAT (Defense And Arrest Techniques) course withinprevious three years or the ability to obtain certification within 120days of hire is required to include de-escalation training. Mustcomplete National Incident Management System (NIMS) IS-700 and theICS-100 courses within six months of hire. Must have FTO (Field TrainingOfficer) program completed within 120 days. Training or academy may besite specific. Familiar with CCTV systems and operation ispreferred.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Valid driver\'s license is required.American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the HealthcareProvider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within threemonths of hire.
