Supply Chain Development and Sustainability Project Manager
Main Purpose of Job
Looking for an experienced Leader who can Identify, synthesize, describe with business case, sell and implement Supply Chain development opportunities in order to constantly improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Supply Chain. This position specifically addresses cross-functional processes.
Key Output:
Drive internal and external benchmarking on Supply Chain Best Practices and performance
Provide visibility and regular updates on emerging trends in Business Supply Chains and supporting technology.
Set up and ensure implementation of Supply Chain development opportunities and projects as a result of translating challenges in Supply Chain Best Practices, analysis of Supply Chain performance or trends in Supply Chain
Ensure projects drive efficiency in the identified areas and integrate with other functions by:
• Steering, leading or participating in Supply Chain development projects
• Identifying the workplan, organizing and mobilizing the appropriate experts
Nestlé Supply Chain function's viewpoint be effectively represented in internal cross functional working groups or projects, as well as in working groups of Industry bodies
Instil End to End Supply Chain approach within the organisation by effectively communicating to all stakeholders
Key Experience:
Relevant & successful operational experience at market / business level, in at least four of the following areas:
Industrial Engineer
Strong Project Management Skills
Experience in sustainabiity projects
• Demand & Supply Planning
• Key Account Management
• Finance (Business Planning / Dynamic Forecasting) Experience in Project work and Project Management
• Managing project team(s)
• large projects
• Development projects in different supply chain areas Advantages are: Experience working outside of home market, experience in dealing/working with 3rd party service providers (e.g. Logistics, co-manufacturing, ...), experience in dealing/working with/for Customers or Suppliers (Distributors, Retailers, Suppliers, etc.), experience in LEAN deployments.
