As Sr. Manager, EnablementOperations, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our salesorganization by implementing and administering our Enablement TechnologyStrategy. The role is responsible for the vision and tech stack strategy asenablement scales. Additionally, providing data-driven insights andcontinuously assessing the effectiveness of training programs is critical toenhance the overall performance of the sales team. Lead, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to scale and optimizethe enablement technology stack. Measure platform engagement and leverage thetools to bring data insights.
Maintain and Enhance Sales Enablement Learning Solution (Mindtickle):
Drive continued deployment of the sales enablement learning platform, with afocus on delivering a seamless and effective user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing,Business Systems and Learning & Development, to ensure alignment withbusiness objectives.
Ongoing Administration of the Platform:
Create and maintain learning paths tailored for BDRs, RSMs, and SalesRepresentatives, providing targeted learning experiences to enhance theirskills and knowledge.Facilitate the enrollment process for new hires, ensuring they receivecomprehensive onboarding and training.Implement attendance tracking mechanisms to monitor participation andcompletion rates.
Performance Analysis and Metrics Utilization:
Rep Productivity - develop and manage the 30.60.90 day manager scorecardsImplement rigorous content engagement and impact metricsAnalyze tool usage and platform engagement metrics to identify trends andinsights related to Sales, BDR, and Sales Engineer (SE) performance.Leverage data-driven insights to provide recommendations for processimprovements and skill development opportunities.Collaborate with external training vendors and subject matter experts, ifnecessary, to supplement internal training efforts and bring in freshperspectives.Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and makedata-driven improvements to enhance the overall performance of the sales team.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to salesperformance and revenue generation, identifying areas for improvement andproposing targeted training solutions.
If You Got It - We Want It
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales enablement and/or sales operationsroles.Extensive experience with the implementation and administration of modernsales technolo ies e.g., MindTickle, Seismic, Gong, etc.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insightsfrom data.Proficient in Salesforce.com (SFDC) is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proven track record of driving sales enablement initiatives and improvingsales team performance.

Salary Range ($155,000 - $175,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salaryoffered within the range described will be based on the individualcandidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
