We are looking for an experienced Sr. IT Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Systems who is searching to do what they'll love - supporting Trader Joe's Supply Chain and Warehouse applications and teams! A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain or Business is strongly preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, CA.

　　The Sr. IT Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Systems is responsible for:

　　Collaborating with technical and operations teams to implement Supply Chain Systems projects and tasks.

　　Providing Level 2 support to resolve production issues and proactively explore continuous improvement opportunities in warehouse, logistics, and operations integrations.

　　Acting as a subject matter expert in the functional areas of the business, understanding the data workflow and supporting systems and applications for both the business and IT.

　　Managing the end-to-end process of production deployment, ensuring smooth transitions and providing support and training during the implementation phase.

　　Working collaboratively with other departments.

　　The Sr. IT Systems Analyst - Supply Chain Systems has:

　　5+ years of work experience in systems analysis or related roles with a proven record of strong analytical problem-solving abilities to assess complex systems and business processes with a focus on the Grocery or CPG sectors preferred.

　　Experience in multiple Supply Chain projects and systems implementations including familiarity with WMS and Logistics practices and applications.

　　The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing impact on systems and operations.

　　Ability to collaborate with cross-function teams, including business stakeholders and developers.

　　Flexibility and adaptability to evolving technologies and changing business requirements.
