　　As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will administer HR policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. You'll also provide comprehensive HR support to a designated client group in recruitment and retention of critical talent, continuous performance coaching and management, problem identification and resolution, and development for more effective leadership decision and communication skills. 　　Required Qualifications

　　Experience: Human Resources Generalist experience 5+ years Education: Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experienceTechnical skills: PC skills and MS Office skills. Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and procedures. Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies. Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws. Knowledge of staffing and employment practices. Knowledge of employee relations procedures and applicable law Skills: Consultative and coaching skills. Analytical skills. Business Acumen. Project Management skills Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Can communicate orally and in writing in a clear manner and with all levels of management and company personnel. Can deal with the public in a professional manner. Can maintain confidentiality of information. Can make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. Can prioritize and organize effectively. Can show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties in a timely manner. Can work independently Travel Ability: Office environment. Travel Required
