Description We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is primarily focused on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense reporting. The successful candidate will manage financial planning processes, leverage Hyperion Technologies, and handle budget processes for our IT expense base. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budget processes and planning processes

• Utilize Hyperion Technologies for financial planning and forecasting

• Conduct frequent financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making

• Manage the IT expense base, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense accruals

• Track and report on spending for strategic projects and business cases

• Collaborate with the finance team in Charlotte and report to the FP A Manager

• Handle the integration of financial data and processes

• Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and records

• Respond to financial inquiries and provide financial advice. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as a Financial Analyst

• Proficiency in Budget Processes and Expense Reporting

• Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Planning Analysis (FP A)

• Experience with Hyperion Technologies

• Expertise in Budgeting and Forecasting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

• Advanced problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
