Job Description:

　　Summary:

　　• Develops, implements and/or maintains one or a combination of cost accounting and spending systems to prepare, analyze and /or explain financial reports.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job.

　　• Review data, allocates costs and prepares and review reports on labor, equipment, depreciation, assembly, or other operating expenses, ensuring that established procedures are followed.

　　• Review and analyze all production variances (MUV, Mat OH, labor, OH, OSP)

　　• Review and analyze PPV and IPV.

　　• Review journal entries; maintains and reconciles ledger accounts.

　　• Prepares financial statements and variance reports as requested.

　　• Analyze and prepare special reports.

　　• May interpret reports and records for managers.

　　• Prepares financial spending reports - analyzing and explaining information.

　　• Analyze & forecast financial absorption for production operations.

　　• Responsible for the preparation and presentation of accurate monthly summary of expenses such as direct costs.

　　• Cost Reduction project financial validation.

　　• Prepare monthly reports on financials to be distributed to the business.

　　• Active participation on annual Budget preparation.

　　• Develop ABC costing.

　　• Active participation on financial audits (Internal & External).

　　• Active participation in the annual physical inventory.

　　• Analysis of variations in the annual cost roll up process.
