　　As a Financial Data Analyst at Enovis, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, supporting decision-making processes, maintaining reporting hierarchies, improving existing business processes, and assisting in the development of financial models. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of financial data-related tasks, including, but not limited to data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting. 　　Job Title: Financial Data Analyst, Corporate FP&A

　　Business Unit: Finance/Corporate FP&A

　　Reports To: Senior Analyst, FP&A

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Assist in monthly forecast process, actuals analysis, and reconciliation for corporate departmentIdentify patterns and trends in large, complex data sets from multiple sourcesAssist in maintaining and improving data structures/hierarchies within planning systemPerform analysis on business processes to identify improvementsAssist in process improvement within the FP&A department, including Accounting, Tax, and FinanceUtilize tools such as Alteryx to extract and transform financial data from various sourcesEnsure data accuracy and integrity through data validation and reconciliation proceduresCreate clear and concise data visualizations to communicate financial insights to stakeholdersAssist senior members in ad-hoc analysis/projects as required

　　Continuous improvement initiatives:

　　Support senior members continuous improvement initiatives surrounding the forecast and budget processesOn an as needed basis, may be asked to assist other members of the finance team in new system implementation efforts, research projects, and new transaction, merger, or acquisition evaluation, accounting and integrationMaintain documentation of the financial work streams of the group

　　Minimum Essential Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in finance, data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with Oracle and Alteryx is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Passion for data and process improvement
