Qorvos Power Management Business Development Director will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and sales funnel growth, with a focus on motor control, battery management, and power conversion applications. This leader will:
Train the sales force on effective selling strategies for power products;Help identify target customers and market segments where Qorvos sales team can be most successful with selling power management solutions;Learn about market trends, and collaborate with system engineers and designers to specify next-generation products;Build an ecosystem of industry partners to expand Qorvos market reach, andBe responsible for design-in and design-win sales funnel growth.Required experience:
Minimum 15 years of power management IC experience in an engineering or technical marketing roleMinimum 5 years in a technical marketing roleDemonstrated track record of sales funnel growthDemonstrated track record of successful new product definition, release, and marketingPreferred experience:
Experience with motor control and drive technology, such as automotive traction invertersExperience with AC/DC or DC/DC converters, high-performance LDOs, and integrated-FET regulatorsMS in Electrical EngineeringContinuing education related to leadership, management, and marketingCompetitive base salary commensurate with experience: $172,000- $223,700 (Subject to change depending on physical location)
