Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smoothprogress;
Recruits, supervises, trains, evaluates and coordinates the activitiesof Nursing Supervisors corporate wide;
Resolves non-medical administrative problems and keeps lines ofcommunication open with staff to ensure high employee morale and aprofessional, healthful clinic atmosphere;
Participates as needed in the recruitment, training, orientation andevaluation of the nursing, medical assistant, and ancillary staff;
Participates in and coordinates clinic and nursing staff meetingscorporate wide;
Participates in the development and facilitation of in-service trainingprograms for clinic staff;
Maintains clinic staff compliance with policies, procedures, and statelicensing and program requirements;
Assist the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Compliance &Quality Improvement Officer in organizing and implementing appropriatequality assurance and improvement activities;
Attends meetings per supervisor\'s request;
Responsible for accounts receivable and maintenance of appropriaterecords;
Participates in collection and consolidation of data for appropriaterecords and reports;
Assists in the administrative review of medical charts and ancillarydata for accuracy and completeness as indicated;
Supervises the development and implementation of tracking systems tomonitor patient care and follow-up;
Facilitates resolution of patient complaints;
Works with the Human Resources Director in matters of clinical staffrecruitment and the interview processes;
Assures proper maintenance of health centers;
Performs other functions related to specific needs and size of clinicswork unit;
Participates in establishing and monitoring of health centers budgets;
Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according toorganizational objectives and apply improvements;
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resourcesallocation;
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customersatisfaction;
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promoteprofitability;
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation;
Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors;
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpretingdata and metrics;
Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to establishedregulations;
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
1.Experience in Community Health Centers and rural health highly prefer.
2.Knowledge and understanding of customs, beliefs, and needs of consumergroup(s) served
3.Ability to work independently with minimum on-site supervision
4.Written and verbal communication skills in English commensurate withcollege level education, with preference given for written and verbalcommunication skills in Spanish
5.Valid Arizona Driver\'s License, proof of insurance, and personaltransportation
6.Demonstrate clear knowledge of Tusa Ngefor Behavioral Health Servicesstructure, standards, procedures and protocols

2.Ability to communicate well with the public
