About Sr. Associate, WHS, Central Programs Team

  Description

  WHS- Central Programs team (CPT) in Amazon is seeking highly analytical and detail-oriented candidate. CPT partners with business & program teams from Worldwide WHS to roll out safety programs globally and ensure that Amazon provides a safe and healthy workplace to our associates, contractors, field teams, and partners. As part of this team, Sr. associate/analyst will analyze injury, illness, near miss, events data, troubleshoot issues, and communicate the findings effectively across teams. An ideal analyst is one who enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems, can quickly learn complex systems, likes to work with numbers, and takes pride in organizing and communicating work.

  Key job responsibilities

  · Ability to pull data, perform analysis and reporting with guidance

  · Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

  · Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from stakeholders.

  · Handle various set of daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

  · Onboard new processes if required as per the business needs.

  · Deep dive into massive data sets to answer key business questions

  · Communication with global stakeholders

  Bangalore, KA, IND

  Basic Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree

  Speak, write, and read fluently in English

  Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  Preferred Qualifications

  VBA macros
