Seeking an experienced, highly organized and efficient individual with extreme attention to detail for Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist position. Position will be an integral member of the team responsible for duties within Big Rock Sports, Big Rock Sports, Canada and Bluefield Brands. A successful candidate will be dependable, motivated, innovative and exhibit sound judgement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compile and prepare documentation of deposited transactions for posting per daily transaction list from financial institutionsGenerate, review and finalize auto-post cash receipt batchesBalance Accounts Receivable against General LedgerRespond to customer and internal inquiriesPerform monthly statement run for US, Canada and BluefieldProcess remote depositsProcess ACH (Canada) and credit card payments (Bluefield Brands, Canada)Research and process refund requestsMonitor remits email inbox for incoming payments, remittance detail and customer inquiriesManage Canada National Account claims and deductionsoResearch legitimacy of claims/deductionsoDispute invalid claims/deductionsAssist with US National Account escalated claims/deductionsPerform account reconciliations, correct posting errorsReview and process NA adjustmentsManage internal accounts (sample accounts)Research batch errors, determine cause and resolve/correctAssist with reportingBackup AR Specialist duties/responsibilitiesBackup non-supervisory responsibilities of AR SupervisorAssist NA Allowance ReconciliationAssist with Financial AuditsSpecial projects as necessaryOther duties as applicableCompetency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Education/Experience:Associates degree (A.
