DescriptionPart time, work-at-home position that accesses Cass' internal intranet workflow and Tandem systems. Responsible for researching and updating existing account numbers and loading new account information according to departmental procedures.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Reviews the Cass intranet system to research account numbers rejected from data entry into workflow. Researches the intranet system to identify existing accounts by matching meter numbers, service address or sites, to the information on file.Loads new account detail from workflow into Cass' Tandem system as dictated by client or department procedures, verifies the accuracy of work while meeting the department's productivity and quality standards. Routes work to designated departments via workflow in a timely fashion.Loads new account detail from paper bills into access databases as dictated by client or department procedures, verifies the accuracy of work while meeting the department's productivity and quality standards. Returns work to the supervisor in a neat and orderly fashion.Coordinates additions and/or changes to the utility vendor file.Advises supervisor of any potential account changes or areas of concern.Communicates and works in a professional manner with all Cass staff.Attends periodic in-house meetings and training sessions.Performs all job responsibilities in accordance with client standards and Cass policies and procedures.Performs other duties as assigned by management.SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Basic computer skills.Ability to key 8,000 KSPH with 98% accuracy.Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.High school diploma or equivalent required.Prior keyboard experience.APPLICATION PROCESS:You can directly apply through Cass's website at https://www.cassinfo.com/careers.
