　　Job Title: Senior Accountant

　　Location: Hybrid

　　We are actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and playing a vital role in the preparation of internal and external financial reports.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Financial Analysis: Analyze complex financial data, extract relevant information, and exercise accounting control over a group of accounts within an assigned area.

　　Journal Entries: Initiate and process journal entries into various accounts, reconciling sub-ledgers to the general ledger and resolving discrepancies.

　　Reporting: Prepare internal and external financial reports, explain accounting transactions, and resolve accounting issues. Create and maintain the General Ledger Chart of Accounts.

　　Controls and Deadlines: Ensure proper controls are in place over financial processes. Plan and prioritize work assignments to meet monthly close deadlines.

　　Financial Statements: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

　　Management Reports: Create, review, and post monthly journal entries, prepare monthly management reports, and conduct flux analysis.

　　Research and Audit Support: Assist with research and documentation of technical accounting issues. Contribute to the annual audit process by providing analysis, supporting schedules, and documentation.

　　General Support: Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Key Requirements:

　　Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Advanced degree or CPA preferred for General Ledger Accountant and Special Projects Accountant.

　　Experience: Five (5) years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

　　Proficiency in Excel and ERP

　　Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

　　Self-starter with strong initiative.

　　Discretion in handling sensitive accounting documents.

　　Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.

　　Ability to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines.

　　Strong organization, research, and analytical skills.

　　Requirements

　　5+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

　　ERP system experience

　　BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

　　Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

　　Prior work done in public accounting is desired

　　Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

　　Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

　　Proficiency in Analyze Variance

　　Solid understanding of general ledger

　　Financial reporting experience required

　　Skilled at time management

　　Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

　　Skill with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　Strong attention to detail
