Clinical Program Coordinator RN - RECOV SVC SHORT STAY – at St. Patrick Hospital-Broadway Bldg. -Missoula, M ontana
The RN Perioperative Services Coordinator will lead and support the SPH Perioperative Surgical Home model workflow based on the bylaws for the ERAS system committee and the principles of enhanced recovery. Foster collaboration, creation of congruent practices and align performance standards across specialties within the system in order to avoid creating disparate practices. Develop program improvements related to outcomes through collaboration, project management and coordination of performance improvement activities related to ERAS and PSH.

Shift: Average of 4 0 hours, Day shift, Full -time position.
Required qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire or
A RN with 20 years of RN experience will not be required to obtain a BSN.
Any previously agreed upon effective date for obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in nursing between individual and facility will remain in effect.
Any collective bargaining contract with specific time frames for obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in nursing will supersede the above point and will remain in effect.
Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at each facility by the most senior administrative nursing leader in consultation with the Human Resources leader.
RNs employed prior to 1/1/17 are encouraged to obtain a Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Nursing, but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment.
Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
2 years current experience in surgical nursing. Previous experience in outpatient surgical program
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree within 3 years of hire
Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
