Senior Supply Chain Manager
Base salary of up to circa £80K subject to skills and experience, plus bonus, car cash allowance and other benefits.
Full-time permanent contract, hybrid working available- which will also incorporate at least 2 days per week at our Cheltenham HQ and 1 day per week at our national distribution centre in Worcester.

Role Overview
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to take on a key leadership position within our Kitchen & Bath UK (K&B UK) Operations organisation, with responsibility for the delivery of the sales plan through on time availability of product across the K&B UK customer base. Reporting to Director – Operations, in this role you will lead a multifunctional team of Supply Chain experts to deliver excellent product availability performance, whilst holding minimal inventory and supporting the factories with stable production plans. Consistently challenging and directing operational and commercial activity, you will ensure customer delivery is in line with the achievement of the current year’s sales plan and the strategic plan.
This is a crucial role within which you will also review, develop and grow the effectiveness of Supply Chain resources and assets, encompassing operations activity related to customer demand and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop monitor and review objectives for the respective teams, as shown below, and ensure these align with company goals and objectives for product, channel and operations demands.Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Team:
Translate the Demand Plan in a stable Supply Plan to achieve:-95%+ LOTIF to standard lead time.
-Factory and supply chain resource effectiveness – achieving the best performance at lowest total cost.
-Achievement of Financial Plan inventory commitments with respect to total inventory value and stock turns.
Manage effective service level communications between Sales, Operations and Executive teams
Develop and implement new Supply Planning practices and systems in support of strategic growth.
Development and management of Customer stock management processes.
Warehousing and Logistics Team:
Fulfilment of customer delivery through effective management of resources, achieving market leading SQDC performance objectives.
Support Manufacturing teams through JIT delivery of materials to support production activities.
Develop and implement warehousing, shipping and inventory management practices in support of strategic growth.
We are looking for:
At least 10 years’ experience within Operational and Supply Chain roles
A highly people focused individual, with strong management experience, in particular as a manager managing managers
Strong Operations planning background (ideally with experience in an MPS role)
Experience within resource scheduling/ material control
Excellent experience of change management
Excellent business acumen, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Operations – manufacturing and purchasing
Full driving license
A Six Sigma qualification, familiarity with integrated business planning and experience with SAP are desirable but not essential
