  SUMMARY:

  This position will be responsible for the key financial accountingcontrols, reconciliations, and execution of Retail Trade key activitiesat the end of each period, quarter, and fiscal year. Position willinclude a strong interaction with the sales organization requiring thecandidate to be a key partner in the business operations. Some of thekey responsibilities include direct support of the trade promotionalsystem \"APEX & Forge\" including reconciliations and error remediation,build daily weekly and monthly reporting for the Sales Organization,generate monthly brokerage payments, manage SD accruals and be a keymember of the trade system operations team.

  Will lead the quarterly audit narratives including field review andscore carding, support the trade controller for review and analysis ofSOX control adherence and be a key member for internal and externalaudits including walk-through and transaction documentation.

  Additionally, this position will contribute to the preparation andanalysis of the monthly quarterly annual and long-range forecasts,track, and report monthly financial results of the business, executefinancial analysis in support of the business and customer teams,perform various activities as part of the close, forecasting, annualplanning, deliver timely and accurate financial reporting.

  REQUIREMENTS:

  Education: bachelor\'s degree in business administration, accountingdegree preferred.

  Experience: 3-7 years\' experience in Accounting or Finance previous CPGexperience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in roles requiringstrong analytical and systems skills. Must possess strong prioritizationand organizational skills.

  Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skillsrequired including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and leaders.

  Computer Skills: Strong excel skills using large data sets and Power BI.Analytical capabilities to understand the data and derive actions ifnecessary.

  Special Skills: MBA or CPA a plus
