　　About the position:The Application Specialist acts as an iWAREHOUSE Solutions consultant to Raymond customers. As a key technical advisor and product advocate, you will identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages.

　　Essential Position Duties:

　　Supports the Raymond Enterprise by assessing customer needs, sites and assisting with customer presentations. Assists with application studies, develops value-based solutions, sources suppliers, and generates required information for proposals. Develops, designs, and tests specialty equipment and related software programs. Ensures customer requirements are met by coordinating with multiple internal and external resources. Troubleshoots and identifies reported issues and provides technical support to external customers as needed. Ensures user’s needs are met in provided application solutions. Required Skills/Abilities:

　　Ability to deal with customers on a face-to-face basis. Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and process documentation. Review of internal processes and execution of their standardized improvement initiatives. Must be able to perform duties under minimal supervision but respond to rapidly varying requirements. Demonstrate drive, initiative and maintain records of activities. Willing and able to learn quickly, performs accurately with a degree of flexibility. Motivated to pursue continuous self-development and training. Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers. Travel Requirement:

　　5+ years of technical field experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent Organizational Time Management skills Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software AutoCad experience is a plus About remote work:Fully remote candidates will be considered based on experience and skill set. Fully remote candidates may be required to travel to Greene, NY for onboarding and/or periodically throughout the year based on business need. 　　About the work environment:Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in accordance with Company policy. For forklift operation, required to obtain and maintain Forklift Driver Certification through the Company and operate the forklift in a safe manner.

　　About the total compensation package:Salary - $68,000 - $87,400 per year
