My Client is a dynamic and growing organization that values integrity, collaboration, and excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations and supporting our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.

Support tax preparation and filing processes, including sales and use tax.

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Mentor junior accounting staff and assist with training and development.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
