Rye Country Day School is seeking Spring Season Coaches beginning February 26th through June 1st, 2024. Rye Country Day School is a coeducational, Prek-12, college preparatory school located in Westchester County, New York dedicated to providing students with an excellent education using both traditional and innovative approaches. 　　Beginning February 26th through June 1st, 2024, specific roles include:

　　Varsity Assistant Girls’ Lacrosse Coach

　　JV Assistant Baseball Coach

　　Varsity Assistant Baseball Coach

　　7/8th grade Assistant Baseball Coach

　　Assistant Girls’ Golf Coach

　　Specific responsibilities of each position includes:

　　Managing student athletes

　　Communicating with athletes, parents and guardians, and the Athletics administration

　　Attending all practices and games

　　Helping to development of Middle School and JV Programs

　　Supervising teams before and after practices/contests

　　Completing or assisting to complete comments and providing feedback at the completion of each season

　　Desired qualifications:

　　Excellent leadership and coaching skills

　　Excellent time management skills

　　Coaching experience

　　A well-developed sensitivity, knowledge, and understanding of the diverse backgrounds of community members; a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

　　Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently

　　Strong organizational, administrative, and technology skills

　　A positive attitude and an ability to foster a cooperative work environment and to work well with other members of the department, supervisors and employees
