Description

　　Robert Half is currently seeking MULTIPLE Commercial Account Specialists to assist a growing team in the downtown Chattanooga area with an IMMEDIATE need!

　　If you are ready to put your skills to work immediately, then this is the role for you. In this position, you will be responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly balances and account reconciliations for a large commercial book of business. Previous collections experience required, excellent communication and customer service skills are musts! Please note: this is an in-office position in Chattanooga, Tennessee

　　Your responsibilities:

　　Record all customer payments to the correct reports

　　Accurately process bankruptcy filings when received

　　Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, written correspondence, phone contact, and making arrangements for payment

　　Manage inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence

　　Ensure the processing of payments

　　Comply with all rules and regulations established by the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act

　　Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity

　　Act as liaison in maintaining quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries

　　Administer all billing and reporting activities in response to deadlines

　　Requirements

　　2+ years of prior high volume collections experience

　　Ability to analyze customer accounts and make decisions based on those analyses

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Familiarity with aging reports, customer account reconciliation and credit memos

　　Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency

　　Previous experience with ERP systems and/or accounting software

　　Previous commercial collections and account maintenance required

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred
