　　Key Qualifications

　　8+ years work experience writing about professional sports.

　　Managing accelerated timelines and shifting deliverables—while nimbly re-prioritizing, communicating tradeoffs, and staying on track.

　　Proven track record of working with various partner—Design, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Production—to tell stories in online environments.

　　Excellent communication, cross-department collaboration, and planning skills with an impeccable attention to detail.

　　Experience driving editorial strategy and working hands-on to realize that vision.

　　Description

　　We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized writer to craft essential messaging about sports. This person’s work will impact editorial, marketing, live game coverage, and more. The role demands being able to articulate a high-level vision and advocate for it, while also diving into the details. The top-notch writer and skilled editor in this role will collaborate across a wide variety of teams to ensure that a creative vision is realized, playing a critical role in evolving our editorial voice and elevating the sports fan experience around the planet.

　　At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $104,000.00 and $202,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
