Grounds Maintenance Associate - GROUN005803-00001

　　DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:High Associates is searching for Grounds Maintenance Associates to join the property services team. The successful candidate(s) will provide a pleasant outdoor environment by maintaining the overall appearance of the landscaping and grounds.

　　This is a full-time, year round position. Standard schedule is 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday. Some weekends may be required.

　　Starting Rate: $16.50/hr. and can increase based upon previous experience.

　　Responsibilities for our Grounds Maintenance Associates include:* Completing all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.* Operating and maintaining equipment.* Expanding identification of plants and weeds.* Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf clean-up.  * Assisting with snow/ice removal, as required. This will include Saturdays & Sundays when it snows on those days.* Safely using company vehicles and equipment by adhering to company standards.* Abiding by all company and safety policies and procedures.

　　Our next co-worker will possess the following work and educational requirements:* Valid PA driver's license is required!* High School Diploma or GED, required* Previous grounds maintenance/landscaping experience, preferred but not required* The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.* Demonstrate excellent customer service.
